Background
Jade's passion for art and design was ignited by coloring books and the inspiration she found in animated films and cartoons, which led her to create her own drawings and paintings. Her sensitivity to various environments cultivated a profound appreciation for interior design. Jade's work reflects her understanding of key design principles, including color, scale, balance, value, and rhythm.
Her artistic exploration delves into themes of transparency, authenticity, nature, and catharsis. Throughout her studies, Jade developed a strong commitment to sustainability, wellness, diversity, and inclusion, which now guide her projects and aspirations.
Experience
Jade commenced her academic journey at the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2011, graduating in 2022 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, along with minors in Painting and Drawing. She possesses a diverse range of experience in both commercial and residential interiors, painting instruction, consulting, and merchandising.
